Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new corporate salary accounts through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, and networking Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand their financial needs and offer suitable products and services Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the bank Provide excellent customer service by addressing any queries or concerns raised by corporate clients Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of corporate salary accounts Stay updated on market trends and competition to identify potential business opportunities Prepare and submit timely reports on sales activities and performance to the management team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in MS Office and CRM software Additional Parameters Knowledge of local market and corporate landscape in Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, India Understanding of retail liabilities and corporate salary products and services Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed If you are a self-motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we want to hear from you!
