Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Ensures continues supply of materials, equipments & other services to patients & employees of the hospital. Does material forecasting and planning for the institute. Procures supplies, services of medicines and equipments on time and also by establishing minimum and maximum inventory levels and reorder quantities level. Conferring with vendors, selecting products and equipment’s by testing, observing or examining items and estimating values of market price. Maintains procurement and receiving operations by developing policies and procedures. Encourages the staff of the department for superior performance on the job, raise moral & increase productivity. Takes part in the annual performance appraisal exercise of self & department staff.
