Job Description

Role & responsibilities Ensure social conduct of the staff with patient and their attendants Directly responsible for attending the patients solving their queries, and trouble shooting. Responsible for conducting patient's feedback and analyzing them and providing preventive and corrective action. To ensure that patient has received the instruction while collecting urine samples/24 hours urine samples. To maintain the record for double prick /repeat samples and following the procedures to minimize these errors. Serves as the recognized expert within the Labs, and provides technical assistance to other departmental staff. Helps in the maintenance of records. Preparing duty roster of the technical & clerical staff in shift duties. Coordinates for the timely dispatch of patients reports in time. Helps in the organizing the laboratory. Supervises general cleanliness of the laboratory area.
