Role & responsibilities Ensure social conduct of the staff with patient and their attendants Directly responsible for attending the patients solving their queries, and trouble shooting. Responsible for conducting patient's feedback and analyzing them and providing preventive and corrective action. To ensure that patient has received the instruction while collecting urine samples/24 hours urine samples. To maintain the record for double prick /repeat samples and following the procedures to minimize these errors. Serves as the recognized expert within the Labs, and provides technical assistance to other departmental staff. Helps in the maintenance of records. Maintain accurate documentation of sponge/instrument counts and intraoperative events. Post-Operative Duties: Transfer patient safely to recovery/PACU with detailed handover. Assist in cleaning and preparing the OT for the next surgery. Monitor and document patient vitals and surgical outcomes as required.
