Deputy General Manager-SCM-Material Audit-CV Operations-TMCV

As an Inventory Control Auditor at our company, your role will involve auditing and checking the effectiveness of the Material Management system to ensure accurate inventory and material consumption at the plant level. You will also be responsible for reviewing and assessing the total supply chain risk, identifying opportunities to minimize risks, and strengthening the inventory management process. Additionally, you will be required to submit various reports to the Statutory Auditor, SOX Compliance team, and Internal Audit team. Key Responsibilities: - Improve inventory variance control by planning and conducting physical verifications for various types of materials across the plant in coordination with SCM, Manufacturing, Finance, and TTL. - Monitor SOX Compliance, Inspection, Supply Float Vehicles verification, and reconciliation. - Conduct surprise checks of high valued category parts to ensure reconciliation adequacy. - Monitor and ensure MASOP material reconciliation at the vendor end. - Target adherence against inventory through Inventory Reduction & Bottom-line Optimization. - Conduct consumption analysis for Aggregates & Class "A" Bought-out items on a monthly basis. - Ensure timely closure of internal and external auditor queries related to inventory reconciliation processes. - Implement cost reduction strategies and inventory reduction techniques. - Improve MRP adherence, BOM accuracy adherence, and reduce repro. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's in Engineering, Master's in Material Management preferred. - 10-12 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, SAP system in MM Module, and Material Audit exposure. - Knowledge of SAP (MM, PP & SD), warehouse management, procurement, logistics management, cost management, MRP implementation, E2E reconciliation, and PI Process. - Experience in handling Statutory Audit, SOX Compliance audit, cost audit, and Internal Audit. - Result-oriented with strong planning and delivery abilities. - Leadership & Management skills with the ability to optimize team performance. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. In your interactions, you will engage with various internal stakeholders such as Plant Head, SCM Head, Warehouse, Finance, SOX team, Internal Audit team, and external stakeholders like MASOP Suppliers, Statutory Auditors, and SAP/PLM Team.
