Job Description

Qualification
– M. Tech in Machine Design from Premier Indian Institute such as NIT/IIT/VIT
Minimum 15–20 years of experience
in mechanical design, preferably in the pharmaceutical machinery/tooling industry.
Improving design process
Root cause analysis of design failures
Noise, Wear & tear due to friction and temperature, Harmonics/vibration analysis and condition monitoring techniques knowledge
Torque analysis and performance measurement of frame structure, Drives and gearbox
Collaborating with process team for economical manufacturing process meeting the dimensional and geometrical accuracy requirements
Selection of metallurgy based on duty conditions and alternate composite material experience
High level proficiency in Design software
Demonstrated leadership experience with strong team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
