As a Business Planning Analyst in Chennai, India, your role will involve analyzing channel performance and MIS dealer contact reports to evaluate target setting and loss opportunities. You will be responsible for developing network strategies, including coverage plans, recruitment standards, and implementation. Your duties will also include devising dealer networking plans based on various factors like location, time, partnership, cost, and product constraints to support business expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze channel performance and MIS dealer contact reports - Evaluate target setting and loss opportunity analysis - Plan dealer networks and assess feasibility of operations and coordination - Develop network development strategies, including coverage plans and dealer recruitment - Devise dealer networking plans based on location, time, partnership, cost, and product constraints - Establish general and specific procedures for dealer appointment and relocation In terms of Dealer Engagement and Satisfaction, you will be required to: - Analyze dealer satisfaction reports and develop action plans - Coordinate with stakeholders for implementation - Participate in the Network Steering Committee meetings You will also be involved in Completion Benchmarking by: - Benchmarking sales & service outlets margin structure for sales and aftersales - Developing business cases and reporting - Engaging with the Network Governing Council Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field - Strong analytical and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Prior experience in channel performance analysis and dealer network management - Proficiency in MIS and data analysis tools - Knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends in India Please note that this job is based in Chennai, India, and may involve occasional travel within the region for dealer engagements and network development activities.
