DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER

Role Overview: You will be working as a frontline Sales Manager under the Bath business of Asian Paints in Hyderabad, TG, IN. Your main responsibility will be to drive retail and project sales in the defined geography while leading a team of senior officers and off-roll associates. Your role will involve creating, nurturing, and managing the dealer network, influencers, and builders through a focus on products and activations to achieve overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Drive overall sales and growth at the unit level through meticulous planning, designing schemes, and allocating resources - Strategize and drive growth of core and focused products by identifying opportunities, analyzing trends, and implementing plans with the team - Identify market expansion opportunities by adding new dealers, upgrading the value of existing dealers, and designing schemes for dealer profitability and sales growth - Oversee effective money circulation with dealers to ensure timely collections and no outstanding dues - Enhance consumer experience by resolving complaints within defined timelines and maintaining a healthy contractor set through engagement and planned interventions - Forecast material demand in the market to ensure stock availability as per demand - Integrate with other verticals like Project Sales, Services, Commercial, SCM, and Marketing functions to promote sales and service to customers - Work on the growth and development of the reporting team by providing required inputs, direction, and opportunities for productive utilization of manpower resources Qualification Required: - Must possess an MBA/PGDM in Sales and Marketing - Should have overall 8+ years of experience in the field,
