Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Global Thought Leadership Editor and Senior Content Editor to develop and deliver high-quality content across diverse topics, enhancing reputation, driving revenue growth, and strengthening client relationships
Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of high-quality content and materials to support front-line sales and relationship teams in engaging customers and creating business value Translate topic themes, research, and insights into compelling narratives that help stakeholders make informed decisions on business challenges and opportunities Champion editorial standards by providing practical recommendations and guidance to topic experts and content contributors Coach and mentor a team of content writers, supporting their current articles and enhancing their content writing skills Sub-edit content to align with the global style guide, ensuring it meets the requirements of the stakeholders, the content brief and resonates with the target audience and market Research, write, edit, and deliver high-quality, up-to-date content that reflects current market practices and meets business objectives Partner with the Global Content team and marketing project leads to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of marketing and communication projects, addressing them proactively Support and mentor colleagues in writing, maintaining content, and addressing internal stakeholder queriesmunicate complex ideas clearly and engagingly across various content formats, including white papers, e-books, brochures, campaign publications, and newsletters Lead and contribute to team, business, and leadership sessions to drive collaboration, alignment and to enhance content quality through external insights and expertisepetencies: Content Review & Editing: Carefully review and edit articles to ensure they align with the provided briefs, style guides, and specific stakeholder requirements for online publication that reflects current risk and insurance industry trends Focus on maintaining consistency in tone,voice, and messaging to reflect the brands identity Ensure the content resonates with the target audience, incorporates current trends, and meets the intended objectives effectively Feedback & Coaching: Provide detailed and constructive feedback on drafts, emphasizing areas for improvement while encouraging creativity and innovation Offer actionable suggestions and alternative approaches to enhance the quality of the content Mentor writers by guiding them on brainstorming ideas, structuring projects, and improving their overall efficiency and consistency in delivering high-quality work Collaboration & Guidance: Work closely with writers to address research questions and prepare for client discovery sessions or Subject Matter Expert (SME) calls Facilitate productive discussions by helping writers refine their approach, clarify objectives, and develop a deeper understanding of the project requirements Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and idea sharing Narrative Crafting: Create and maintain engaging and relevant narratives tailored to various content formats, such as articles, blogs, whitepapers,
