Role & responsibilities

Shall handle unit of approximately 1500 employees
Manpower Planning
Daily manpower requirements & Deployments
Productivity and able to stand HR ground.
Contractor management
Contractor supervisor control
Vendor & other audits
DOJO & Training
Statutory Compliances
Coordinate with all functional heads
Employee engagement activities
Canteen Management
Recruitment of supervisory staff
Accident SOP Management

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should be BE / MBA(HR) / MSW / MLW/ BBA /Diploma (Specialization in HR) with 6 - 10 years of experience to handling employees in a highly paced work atmosphere
Working in labour intensive industry
Ability to intertwin the employee management with effective labour law framework & delivering day to day targets
