 Deputy Area Manager - Operations and Service 
 About The Role  
The Deputy Area Manager - Operations and Service plays a pivotal role in supporting the Area Manager to oversee and enhance operational efficiency and service delivery across multiple sites within a designated area. This position ensures that company standards and targets are consistently met, and that operational processes run smoothly to maximize customer satisfaction and business performance.  Key Responsibilities 
  • Assist the Area Manager in the daily management of operations and service across all assigned locations.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying trends and implementing improvement strategies.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and development of site managers and staff to ensure high performance and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct regular site visits to evaluate service standards, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Implement company policies and procedures, ensuring all locations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle customer escalations and complaints, providing effective solutions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for the area, working to optimize resources and achieve business targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the rollout of new initiatives, products, or services.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

  •  Qualifications and Skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in operations management, team leadership, or multi-site supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and operational management software.
  • Flexibility to travel between sites as needed.

  •  Work Environment 
    This role involves a combination of office-based work and frequent travel to various sites within the designated area. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet business needs.
