Deputy Area Manager - Debt Management Services - Rural
Job Purpose
Drive bucket 1 to 6 Debt Management Services for the Rural business (tier 3 towns) while ensuring that the team follows the appropriate guidelines and code of conduct to minimize losses, maximize recoveries for the company, and initiate action against delinquent customers. Duties and Responsibilities

Debt Management Services Planning: Monitor the manpower and productivity metrics for various locations of business.

Required Qualifications and Experience
