Deputy Area Manager - Debt Management Services - Rural
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed business goals and targets for business loans and loan against property products.

Create a strong and compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability, and employee development.

Manage and support the effective deployment of a team of sales professionals within the geographical area, explore new markets, and allocate resources to the most profitable opportunities.

Identify the need for sales training, analyze changing market trends, and channel deployment; provide feedback and suggestions to the RSM.

Ensure implementation of promotional plans and contests; suggest new and innovative promotion plans for the area of work.

Recruit and retain high performers; ensure the highest levels of employee relationship, motivation, and engagement to drive results and high levels of employee satisfaction.

Effectively engage Operations and Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes and profitability across locations.

Manage and support Debt Management Services of the acquired portfolio to maintain portfolio quality.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Prior and relevant experience in loans against or purchase of commercial properties and business loans.

Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.

Excellent relationship skills.

Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and profitability.

Exceptionally high motivational levels and must be a self-starter.

Working knowledge of computers.

Experience in handling a direct team.
