Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our team as a Deputy Area Manager in Debt Management Services, located in Rural areas.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the implementation of debt management services in rural areas.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, traders, and financial institutions.
Analyze market trends and provide insights to optimize debt management strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of debt management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal s.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving s.
Experience working with rural communities and financial institutions is an added advantage.
