Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage depot operations, ensuring efficient warehousing and inventory management.
Oversee logistics operations, including transportation and supply chain management.
Coordinate sales operations to meet customer demands and optimize stock levels.
Ensure accurate accounting and financial reporting for all transactions.
Monitor inventory levels, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure the depot operates in compliance with all company and statutory rules, including health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Manage depot expenses and adhere to budget.
Maintain accurate records, including sales and inventory reports.
