Job Description: Production Manager Qualification: Diploma Mechanical / B.E Mechanical / B.E Plastic Technology / M.E Plastic technology / Experience: 12-15 years of experience (8-10 years of experience in Roto Moulding) Roles and Responsibilities: - Taking care of entire Roto Department, Products being- Water Tanks, Defense Boxes, Road Safety Items, Milk Cans, Ice Boxes, Pallets, Dustbins...etc - Production Planning and Scheduling of machines and monitor the Productivity. - Organize Daily meeting with Production, Quality and Maintenance - Manpower Management & Control, Work Scheduling, Attendance Availability Management. - Monitor and Analyze the Downtime of the Machines and Do the Root cause Analysis of the problems. - Plan and execute the Preventive Maintenance of Machines and Moulds. - Ensuring the Capacity of Production Utilization to the Optimum level. - Monitor the Process parameters and reducing the Rejection of products. - Reducing Manpower by introducing the new techniques - 5S Activities - Analyze the Customer complaints and take necessary precautions. - Exposure in ISO 9001 certification activities - Motivating the workers with various systems to achieve the productivity. - Manpower Management and Control Job Type: Full-time *Speak with the employer* +91 9791434999
