Role Overview:

We are hiring a Depot Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete depot operations including dispatch, scheduling, vehicle turnaround, and staff management (drivers, technicians, supervisors).
• Ensure timely deployment and return of buses while maintaining high operational efficiency.
• Supervise and coordinate overall maintenance of buses, depot infrastructure, and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and government regulations.
• Manage infrastructure & facility oversight including workshops, offices, charging stations, parking, signage, and cleanliness.
• Liaise with management and control center to ensure smooth operations, service quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile Engineering or Transport Management. Preferred: Postgraduate Diploma.

• Experience:

  4–7 years in depot/fleet operations (EV preferred).

• Skills:

  EV depot management, safety & compliance, team leadership, operational problem-solving.
