Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Department Manager located in Nagpur. The Department Manager will oversee daily operations within the assigned department, ensuring smooth functioning and achievement of sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include staff supervision and development, inventory management, sales analysis, and implementing promotional strategies. The role also involves collaboration across teams, maintaining adherence to company guidelines, and ensuring operational excellence.

• Preferably a Graduate - Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field, with prior 2 years experience in the Fashion retail sector.
