About the Role:

Cashier

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  cash, card, UPI, and gift voucher

  transactions accurately.
• Maintain and balance the

  cash register

  at the start and end of the shift.

• Scan, bag, and bill

  products efficiently using the POS system.
• Process

  refunds, exchanges, and membership redemptions

  as per store policy.
• Promote and

  explain the Pantaloons Membership Program

  to customers.
• Ensure excellent

  customer service

  by responding to queries and feedback courteously.
• Maintain

  daily sales reports

  and assist the team with store closing formalities.
• Follow

  company SOPs

  for billing, cash handling, and returns.
• Collaborate with floor staff to ensure smooth customer flow during peak hours.

Skills & Requirements:

• Education:

  10+2 or Graduate (any stream).

• Experience:

  0–2 years in a retail or cashier role preferred.

• Languages:

  Good communication in

  Hindi, English, or Telugu

  (any one is mandatory).

• Computer Skills:

  Basic knowledge of

  MS Office and POS billing systems

  .

• Customer Handling:

  Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.

• Availability:

  Willing to work on weekends and rotational shifts.
