Department Manager Large Appliances / Electrical / Home Appliances

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Department Manager to lead our Large Appliances, Electrical, and Home Appliances section. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge, people management skills, and a proven track record in retail sales.

Role & responsibilities

Drive sales and achieve department targets.
Manage team performance, schedules, and training.
Ensure proper stock availability, visual merchandising, and product displays.
Coordinate with brand promoters for schemes and offers.
Resolve customer queries and ensure high service standards.
Monitor inventory movement and minimize stock aging.

Preferred candidate profile

In-depth knowledge of appliances and electrical products.
Team leadership & customer handling skills.
Retail operations & inventory management.
Good communication & basic computer knowledge.

Experience:

Minimum 3-6 years in a similar retail environment.
