Job Description

We are hiring for Customer Support Executive Location- Bangalore (Kormangala) Onsite Experience1-4 Years Handle customer queries and complaints through various channels (phone) Need Outbound calling experience who can convert sales on call Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability. Assist customers with product returns, exchanges, or repairs in line with company policies. Support the sales team by helping customers with product selection, pricing, and promotional offers. Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs. Assist customers with placing online orders or in-store purchases. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure product satisfaction and offer any necessary support. Languages- Hindi & English
