Job Description

Machine Operation

Operate the depalletizer for bottles/cans as per daily production schedules.
Monitor automatic operations and adjust machine settings as required.
Ensure smooth transfer of bottles/cans from pallets to conveyor without breakage or jamming.

Quality & Safety

Inspect incoming pallets for damage or contamination before loading.
Follow all GMP, food safety, and EHS guidelines applicable to beverage operations.
Immediately report quality issues such as broken bottles, damaged cans, or foreign particles.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance of depalletizer equipment.
Support preventive maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns.
Record downtime, stoppages, and issues in logbooks/ERP systems.

Production Support

Coordinate with forklift operators for timely pallet supply/removal.
Ensure uninterrupted material flow to downstream fillers/packaging machines.

Minimize wastage and assist in achieving daily production targets.
