Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Demi Chef De Partie Dim Sum to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the head chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
  • Prepare and cook various types of dim sum dishes, including those with meat and non-meat fillings.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
  • Ensure all food is prepared according to health and safety standards.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef De Partie Dim Sum or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
