Job Description

As a Junior Demand Sales Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the demand sales team by conducting data analysis and optimizing processes. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, AdOps, and Marketing teams to enhance operational efficiency and campaign performance across DSPs and SSPs. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in maintaining and optimizing demand-related operations, including tracking leads, opportunities, and pipeline health. - Support the Demand Sales team by assisting in forecasting, reporting, and creating dashboards using tools such as Excel and Google Sheets. - Work on the domain approval pipeline. - Maintain sales documentation and internal records for client meetings, RFPs, and IOs. - Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and suggest improvements to streamline operations. - Manage the Ad quality for the publishers. - Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams for go-to-market initiatives. - Track key performance metrics (e.g., CPM, CTR, win rates) and prepare reports for internal stakeholders. Qualifications: - 0-1 years of experience in sales operations, media operations, or a similar role (internship experience is welcomed). - Familiarity with AdTech or digital media buying, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and programmatic campaigns. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs. - Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
