Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creation of integrated volume demand plans (024 months) across markets.
Own the S&OP process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial targets.
Collaborate with Execution, Customer Development, Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams to gather business assumptions and translate them into actionable forecasts.
Apply statistical forecasting models and reconcile top-down and bottom-up demand inputs.
Manage innovation planning, including new product launches, run-out plans, and obsoletes.
Drive forecast review meetings and document changes in assumptions.
Support supply planning and repacking activities.
Analyze forecast performance and implement corrective actions.
Manage product lifecycle from initiation to discontinuation.
Act as a key user of demand planning systems and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP within FMCG or similar industries.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
Expertise in demand planning systems such as: SAP IBP, Kinaxis RapidResponse, O9 Solutions, Blue Yonder (JDA).
Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in complex, multi-country environments
