As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing holistic demand generation strategies aligned with the sales and marketing objectives of the company. Your main focus will be to optimize the marketing and sales funnel by collaborating with sales and marketing teams to create a dynamic engine that generates high-quality opportunities for the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, execute, and optimize demand generation strategies for customer acquisition and expansion to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth. - Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts throughout the buyer's journey. - Collaborate with product and product marketing teams to understand offerings, target audience, and competitive landscape for effective demand generation strategies. - Design and implement successful campaigns across various platforms such as digital, webinars, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM). - Create integrated marketing initiatives contributing to sales pipeline and revenue objectives. - Utilize in-depth understanding of ABM strategies to create personalized campaigns for key target accounts and decision-makers. - Implement a balanced approach using digital and field marketing to reach prospects through multiple touchpoints. - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to evolve and optimize demand generation strategies. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 5-7 years of marketing experience with a focus on demand generation in B2B tech environments. - Proven track record of successful partnership with sales teams to drive revenue and deliver measurable results. - Experience in full-funnel/revenue marketing guiding prospects through the buyer's journey. - Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM) and Marketing Automation Platforms (Hubspot, Marketo, etc.). - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with stringent deadlines and changing priorities.
