What you'll do? As an Executive - Talent, you will Identify and onboard creators into WhisttlerOG. Engage with and provide required support to managed creators. Build and execute strategies to enable creator's profile and financial growth. Manage and execute all of creator's brand collaboration and partnerships. Build deep connection with each creator to understand challenges and aspirations and improve the entire program. Work with your leadership to build growth strategies for a quarter-on-quarter cycle. Create a vibrant community of creators who feel valued and engaged. Grow the top-line of the entire program. Must haves we are looking for Really good communications skills Deep understanding of content on Instagram and YouTube Prior experience with campaign /creator management in Creator economy /Influencer marketing A drive to take initiatives. You'll be preferred if you have 1+ years of creator /campaign management in influencer marketing or related industry. We are hiring to this role at a CTC of INR 300k - 480k per annum 💰
