Job Description

SEO Quartz is seeking a strategic, hands-on Demand Generation Executive with a strong focus on email marketing automation. This role will lead efforts in building and optimizing demand-generation campaigns that drive awareness, nurture prospects, and convert leads into revenue. A key responsibility will be managing email campaigns end-to-endfrom selecting the right tools and writing impactful copy, to daily performance optimization and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize

    multichannel demand generation campaigns

    , with a heavy emphasis on

    email marketing workflows

    .
  • Write persuasive and engaging

    email copy

    (newsletters, nurturing sequences, drip campaigns, promotional offers) aligned with customer personas.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement

    email marketing automation tools

    (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp) best suited for business needs.
  • Continuously

    optimize campaigns on a daily basis

    through A/B testing, deliverability improvements, list hygiene, and engagement tracking.
  • Align with sales teams to define MQL criteria, manage lead handoff, and optimize lead-to-revenue conversion.
  • Create targeted

    content assets

    (case studies, guides, blogs) to fuel email and multichannel campaigns.
  • Conduct

    market and competitive research

    to refine messaging and campaign strategies.
  • Build, monitor, and report on key campaign metrics: open rates, CTRs, conversions, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, and ROI.
  • Manage campaign budgets and coordinate with external vendors or partners if needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, UX/UI, and IT teams to ensure consistent messaging.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
    • 23 years experience in

      email marketing automation and demand generation

      .
    • Proven expertise in tools like

      HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar

      .
    • Strong

      email writing and copywriting skills

      with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
    • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign optimization, A/B testing, and funnel reporting.
    • Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills across internal teams.
    • Bonus: Experience in

      SEO, e-commerce marketing, or account-based marketing (ABM)
