Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery team in the implementation and deployment of Speech Analytics solutions according to client specifications and project timelines.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for efficient project management, resource allocation, and delivery processes to achieve client satisfaction and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Support to ensure seamless project execution and customer success.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the delivery team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve any delivery-related issues to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact for project-related discussions and escalations.
• Drive performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate delivery performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Working independently with minimal direction.

Key Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong business acumen.
• Able to distill complex information into simple and meaningful insights and messaging and building narratives
• Good knowledge and experience of SaaS product delivery functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail.

Education & Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience of managing Delivery in a Software Product based company and particularly in the B2B SaaS domain.
• Proven track record of excellent and timely delivery of client requirements.
