The Role:

We're looking for a Delivery QA Analyst who can bridge internal execution with external confidence. You’ll work closely with the CEO, delivery team, and clients to ensure that every feature we ship meets the business need, works beautifully, and is free from nasty surprises.

You’ll own both QA processes and delivery confidence—clarifying requirements, ensuring test coverage, spotting gaps, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll be involved across the full lifecycle: from capturing business needs to release.

This is not just a tester role. You’ll write user stories, challenge unclear requirements, join client calls, and flag risks before they become issues. You’ll be part of the fabric of how we build and ship.

What You’ll Be Doing

Internal Delivery

• Turn ideas and requests into clean, testable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Define and manage QA test plans and checklists across sprints and releases
• Test features across devices, flows, and APIs—manually (and with tooling where useful)
• Maintain a clear backlog of bugs, edge cases, and “needs more thinking” items
• Be closely aware of internal delivery boards (Jira/Notion/Trello) and guide the Internal QA for Internal Release testing

Client-Facing

• Join client calls to understand requirements and demo completed features
• Help manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure clients are confident pre-launch
• Spot potential misalignments between client expectations and delivered work—early
• Provide structured updates on QA status, bug fixes, and go-live readiness.
• Provide post-delivery support to the client working with other internal stakeholders.
• Be the calm, detail-driven voice that makes clients feel like they’re in safe hands

What We’re Looking For

• 9-12 years in a QA, business analysis, or delivery support role—ideally in an agency or startup
• Experience working with agile delivery, technical teams, and client stakeholders as well as interfacing with International Stakeholders preferably in UK and US
• Comfortable testing modern SaaS products, APIs, and data flows. Also good experience in user acceptance testing and Test Automation and relevant tools like Katalon and Selenium.
• Great at spotting edge cases, logic breaks, or unclear business rules
• Strong communicator (written and verbal) who can document things clearly
• Flexible to collaborate across time zones (UK, US, India) as needed
• Comfortable with Domestic and International travel to interact with clients, prospects, delivery team and partners as needed
• Experience with tools like Notion, Postman, Trello, Linear, or similar
• Bonus: basic familiarity with SQL, JSON, or product design workflows (Figma)
