Delivery Operations Specialist

As a Delivery Operations Specialist at Accenture, you will be part of the Global Mobility (GM) team responsible for assisting in the delivery of mobility services in compliance with cross-border policies. Your role will involve overseeing various aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, monitoring delivery performance, and implementing continuous improvements to ensure a smooth operation. You will also be responsible for managing risks and compliance related to immigration requirements, training HR/Project staff on immigration rules, and establishing relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service to ensure a smooth process - Monitor delivery performance and quality, implement continuous improvements - Identify gaps in business processes and propose improvement measures - Run regular quality checks and provide continuous process improvements - Take full responsibility for issue resolution and remain up to date with legislations - Train HR/Project staff on immigration rules and manage risk and compliance - Establish relationships with key Mobility stakeholders and external vendors Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation - 7 to 11 years of experience In this role, you will be required to analyze and solve moderately complex problems, create new solutions, and understand the strategic direction set by senior management. You will have upward interaction with your direct supervisor and may interact with peers and management levels at a client or within Accenture. Guidance will be provided when determining methods and procedures for new assignments, and decisions made by you will impact the team. You may manage small teams or work efforts at a client or within Accenture. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.,
