Delivery Manager Visualization

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Delivery Lead Visualization who can combine technical expertise with strong business development and delivery skills to drive the growth and successful execution of advanced visualization services across large-scale projects. This strategic role focuses on ensuring seamless project delivery while identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client and stakeholder relationships, and positioning visualization as a key differentiator in the market. The ideal candidate will lead complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets while maintaining the highest quality standards.

In addition to technical proficiency in visualization tools and workflows, the candidate must demonstrate exceptional leadership, analytical thinking, and market insight to develop strategies that enhance service offerings and capture emerging trends. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and project management is essential to deliver innovative and impactful visualization solutions.

A master s degree is highly desirable to support strategic planning and business expansion initiatives, while a PMP or equivalent project management certification is mandatory to ensure excellence in project execution and governance. Candidates should have a proven track record in business development and delivery, market analysis, and project leadership, along with outstanding communication and negotiation skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.

Your role

• Strategic Business Development: Identify and secure new visualization projects within civil and construction sectors; Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and grow revenue streams.
• Delivery & Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality benchmarks for visualization outputs; monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to ensure excellence in delivery.
• Project & Stakeholder Management: Lead end-to-end project management for visualization initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards; Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders; Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Communication & Presentation : Prepare and deliver impactful presentations showcasing visualization capabilities to clients and decision-makers; Create compelling proposals and business cases for new opportunities.
• Work Showcase & Branding : Curate and present visualization portfolios to highlight organizational strengths; Collaborate with marketing teams to position visualization services effectively.
• Market Outreach & Networking : Build strong relationships with industry leaders, contractors, architects, and developers; Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timely delivery of projects within budget and scope (primary focus).
• Quality assurance and impact of deliverables, including presentations and showcases.
• Number of new visualization projects acquired per quarter.
• Revenue growth from visualization services.
• Stakeholder satisfaction score (measured via feedback surveys).

About you

• Bachelor s degree required; Master s degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in projects with exposure to visualization and stakeholder management.
• Proven track record in business development, delivery, and project management.
• Strong expertise in quality assurance and timely delivery of complex visualization projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage clients and internal teams effectively.

Mandatory Certifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent recognized project management certification.
• Scrum Master certification to demonstrate expertise in Agile methodologies and iterative delivery.
• Additional certifications in Stakeholder Management, Business Development, or Leadership will be an added advantage.
