Job Description

At UST, we are hiring a Delivery Manager who can lead teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure seamless project delivery that exceeds client expectations. Refer details below:

Role Proficiency

Deliver large and complex programmes under guidance, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and outcomes.
Follow defined processes and quality standards across a portfolio with a total contract value (TCV) of $5-10 million.
Track operational and logistic decisions while implementing a robust governance model involving internal and customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive adoption of established delivery plans, standards, processes, best practices, infrastructure, RACI matrix, and RAID logs to ensure high-quality solutions for UST customers.
Provide thought leadership and foster a culture of innovation within teams; develop novel solutions that enhance business performance and align with organizational goals.
Manage the P&L of a portfolio with TCV of $5-10 million and support portfolio growth objectives of 10-15% YoY.
Implement digital transformation initiatives, focusing on service improvements and proposing innovative ideas beyond standard delivery.
Build and manage a span of control of 60–100 associates, offering mentoring and fostering team engagement and capability development.
Improve delivery processes while staying within budget, applying financial levers to enhance cost efficiency and engagement profitability.
Collaborate with key client stakeholders to manage end-to-end delivery requirements and ensure customer expectations are met.
Conduct periodic reviews to track delivery milestones and recommend actions based on review outcomes.
Participate actively in steering committee (SteerCo) meetings.
