Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Delivery Manager / Technical Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-scale projects across multiple technology domains.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical leadership, project delivery, and client engagement, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive excellence in execution. Expertise in enterprise-level applications, cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), and modern software development practices. Manage technical delivery of GenAI projects, collaborate on AI/ML model development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of overall IT experience, including delivery and people management.

• 8-10 years in leadership/Delivery Management; expertise in Java, J2EE, AI/ML, Python and Agile methodologies

• Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery across multiple technology areas.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and enterprise Java applications.
• Familiarity with front-end and AI-driven systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Experience working with global delivery models (onshore/offshore).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Should have experience in end-to-end technical delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Provide technical leadership, with a strong preference for Java-based technologies and AI/ML etc...
• Lead and manage multiple project and support teams, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for the client, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate effectively between onshore and offshore teams, providing direction, removing roadblocks, and ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Oversee project planning, resource management, and execution across onsite and offshore teams.
• Provide technical and operational guidance to teams working on a range of modern and legacy systems.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define priorities, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement across all delivery streams.
• Drive communication and coordination between cross-functional teams and leadership.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in managing delivery for large-scale enterprise clients.
• Exposure to modern development frameworks and support models.
• PMP, ITIL, or Agile certification preferred.
