Job Description

7+years in software engineering with strong experience in .NET / C# andarchitecture ownership.
Proven experience building FIX protocol integrations (FIX 4.2/4.4/5.0), including sequencing, session state, replay/resend, and drop-copy concepts.
Strong understanding of capital markets trading workflows (RFQ, order/execution lifecycle, allocations, post-trade flows).
Experience with low-latency engineering: profiling, GC tuning, latency benchmarking, and high-performance orchestration.
Solid experience with distributed systems, concurrency, and fault-tolerant design.
Strong knowledge of security in financial systems (TLS, certs, secure configuration, secrets management)

DomainNice-to-Have Experience

Directintegration experience with Bloomberg TOMS and/or Tradeweb connectivity patterns.
Familiaritywith FIX engines/libraries (e.g., QuickFIX/QuickFIXn or equivalent) and when toextend vs build.
Experiencewith Kafka, MQ, Redpanda.
Linux+ containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and production operations in on-prem /hybrid environments.
gRPC,WebSockets, or binary protocols for internal distribution.
Cloudexposure (Azure/AWS), especially for observability and secure networking.
