Delivery Manager, Solutions

You will play a key role in our growth plans, as we aim to increase our market share from 4% to 20% by 2028. As the largest road freight technology platform in the country, we are focused on expanding our software, freight marketplace, and supply chain financing services to achieve a revenue target of 100M USD by 2028. As a seasoned Delivery Manager specializing in B2B Customer Integration with over 5 years of experience, you will be entrusted with overseeing customer-facing projects and integrations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful delivery of our product to clients, aligning business processes, customer integration, and product deployment effectively. Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include leading B2B customer integration projects, managing end-to-end delivery processes, overseeing project timelines and resources, and managing customer relationships and stakeholder interactions. Leveraging your expertise in business processes and integration, you will guide the seamless integration of our product into customer workflows, collaborate with customers to understand their requirements, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on customer expectations. Furthermore, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in project delivery and quality assurance, identifying and mitigating risks, providing timely issue resolution, overseeing training and knowledge transfer processes, and ensuring long-term product adoption by customers. Your qualifications should include a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing delivery or project management roles, proficiency in B2B customer integrations and business process management, and strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Preferred qualifications for this role include expertise in project management methodologies and tools, technical aptitude in APIs and system integrations, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or related fields. Additionally, skills in SAP, JIRA, JAVA, Custom APIs, CRM, ERP, project management certifications, and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies will be advantageous for this position.,
