Position : Delivery Manager Department : BDM Location : Madhapur, Hyderabad Experience : 8+ years (with 3+ years in a leadership role) Reporting to : Head of Delivery / Director Operations Key Responsibilities : Oversee end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability. Coordinate with internal teams (development, QA, infrastructure) to ensure smooth execution. Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding delivery status, risks, and issue resolution. Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets. Implement and monitor KPIs and SLAs. Identify and mitigate risks proactively. Optimize resource allocation across projects. Continuously improve delivery processes and standards. Required Skills : Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall). Excellent client relationship management. Good knowledge of technology, development lifecycle, and quality standards. Proficient in project tracking tools (JIRA, Asana, etc.). Strong communication and leadership skills. Educational Qualification : Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
