Job Title: US IT Recruiter Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) Experience: 065 Years Shift: Night Shift (Aligned with US Time Zones) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment processes, specifically targeting the US IT market. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of various US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), and the ability to work effectively during US business hours. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for various contract and full-time positions across the US. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), social media, and networking. Process Management: Handle the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with US employment laws and company policies. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Required Skills: Experience: 065 years in US IT recruitment with a proven track record of successful placements. Knowledge: Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT). Technical Proficiency: Experience with ATS platforms like CEIPAL or similar tools. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements simultaneously. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Any relevant recruitment certifications. Networking: Established network of vendors and consultants in the US IT industry. Analytical Skills: Ability to assess candidates technical abilities and cultural fit effectively.
