Role Overview: Myers-Holum is expanding operations to Bangalore, India and is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager. As a Delivery Manager at Myers-Holum, you will be responsible for managing a team of direct reports, providing day-to-day support, and overseeing the growth and deliverables of the new office. You will also play a crucial role in recruiting, hiring, and driving the operations forward. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of 3-8 direct reports, ranging from Analyst to Team Lead level, ensuring ongoing performance and project outcomes - Provide recruiting support by interviewing candidates and collaborating with leadership and the talent team on hiring decisions - Train and onboard new hires, focusing on a positive employee experience and aligning them with MHI Methodologies - Perform quality management of deliverables on a portfolio of projects, including functional consulting and project management tracks - Lead account management activities to establish referenceable customers, manage upsells and future projects, and handle escalations - Manage change control on projects, ensuring proactive communication with internal and external contacts - Collaborate with internal teams through different project phases, facilitating knowledge transfers between development, integrations, and managed services teams - Lead end-to-end ERP implementations in sponsor and/or Project/Program Manager role - Engage in business development activities, attend events, source new leads, and participate in solution architecting - Be prepared for occasional travel, flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends, to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances - Contribute to internal MHI initiatives such as resource mentorship and ongoing education Qualifications Required: - Accounting functional background (CPA or Operational) - Experience managing a team of 3+ direct reports, including performance reviews and people management activities - Ability to prioritize and maintain business etiquette for effective communication and support for internal teams and clients - Ideally certified as a NetSuite ERP Consultant or working towards the certification - Undergraduate degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Software, or relevant field - Experience in Solution Architect capacity across various project sizes and complexity, with at least 10-15 end-to-end NetSuite implementations - Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting, advisory services, and general services-specific industry experience - Comprehensive understanding of web technologies, ERP best practices, and project management methodologies Company Details: Myers-Holum is a technology and management consulting firm that has been in operation for 40 years.
