Delivery Manager in Recruitment field

We are looking for a Delivery Manager with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment delivery, in-house hiring, and client management. The ideal candidate should be able to lead a team of recruiters, manage client relationships effectively, and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire recruitment delivery process for multiple clients.
• Handle in-house recruitment as well as external client hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements, priorities, and expectations.
• Lead, motivate, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve delivery targets.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure timely submission of qualified profiles.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a single point of contact for all delivery-related issues.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the business development team to ensure alignment of delivery capabilities with client needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment delivery within a staffing or consulting firm.
• Strong exposure to in-house hiring and client management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Experience in handling international or large-scale recruitment projects (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
