Delivery Manager

Position: AVP / DVP Technology Program Management

• 15–18+ years of overall IT experience

  , with strong exposure across the

  full SDLC

  .
• Proven track record of

  successful end-to-end program deliveries

  from a

  technology leadership

  standpoint.

• Hands-on programming experience of at least 8 years

  in enterprise-scale systems.

• Minimum 5 years as a Technical Project / Program Manager

  , delivering projects using both

  Waterfall and Agile (Scrum / SAFe / Hybrid)

  methodologies.
• Experience in

  leading teams of 30+ members

  , including onsite/offshore and multi-vendor teams.

• Excellent English communication skills

  (verbal and written) – mandatory.

Technical & Architectural Competence

• Strong

  understanding of modern technology stacks

  , including:
• Enterprise application architectures
  
• Microservices, APIs, and integration patterns
  
• Databases (RDBMS & NoSQL)
  
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP – at least one)
  
• Hands-on experience in:
  

• Architecture discussions and solution design

• Preparing and reviewing

  high-level and low-level architecture diagrams

• Deployment architecture planning in collaboration with

  Infrastructure, DevOps, and Security teams

• Ability to

  challenge technical designs constructively

  and guide engineering teams toward scalable, secure solutions.

Program & Delivery Management

• Ownership of

  large, complex programs

  with multiple projects and interdependencies.
• Strong expertise in:
  
• Program planning, estimation, budgeting, and forecasting
  
• Risk, issue, and dependency management
  
• Release planning and governance
  
• Metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting
  
• Proven experience in

  Agile transformation

  , including coaching teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with tools such as

  JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps

  , or similar.

Stakeholder & Business Management

• Extensive experience in

  stakeholder management at senior leadership levels
