Delivery Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the delivery processes related to AP workflow across industries. Your role will include ensuring that all deliverables are actioned as per agreed SLA's, maintaining governance, educating teams on correct ways of working, and making necessary improvements. Additionally, you will be working with approvers to ensure timely approvals, maintaining VAT compliance, managing dispute resolution, and accurately maintaining P2P team records. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure all deliverables are actioned as per agreed SLA's with a "hands-on" approach - Maintain governance, educate teams, and make necessary improvements in processes - Work with approvers to ensure timely approvals and PO related queries - Validate, record, and incorporate process updates in SOP - Ensure VAT compliance in processes - Manage dispute resolution, accounting coding, approvals, vendor inquiries, and vendor statement reconciliation - Maintain accurate P2P team records and produce regular reports - Conduct annual appraisals of P2P Team - Lead Six Sigma projects within P2P process - Monitor and govern P2P sub-processes, ensure timely reporting, and stakeholder management - Create process documents such as SOP, Process Maps, FMEA, RACM, etc. - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Exposure to P2P volume and SLA baselining - Ability to work independently and deliver to tight deadlines Qualifications Required: - 10-15 years of relevant experience - Hands-on experience in operating AP workflow across industries - Understanding of P2P controls and compliance - Strong knowledge of dispute management - Oracle essential - IT Literate - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) - Ability to create process documents such as SOP, Process Maps, FMEA, RACM, etc.,
