We at Coforge are hiring a Delivery Manager with the following skillset:

Must have 15+ years of industry experience. Strong experience in end-to-end delivery management.
Must have Banking and Financial domain (Preferably Payments and Cards).
Must have technical background (preferably Java). Not just the operational manager.
Must have good understanding and exposure in latest technologies (GenAI, GHCP etc).
Must have worked on proposals & RFPs.
Experience in Managing/delivering different type of programs (Development, Modernization, Migration and Support, Commercial construct - Managed Services, T&M – Capacity & FM) .
Must understand Financials (Revenue Recognitions, margin, Invoicing etc).
Must have managed 100+ team (People management).
Experience in client Management.
