Job Description

Delivery Leader / Regional Delivery Lead - Manufacturing, Retail Domin must .

The Delivery Leader is responsible for the overall delivery of Technical Projects within the organization. This includes managing the project team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, and meeting the quality standards of the organization. The Delivery Leader also works with the business to understand their needs and ensure that projects are aligned with their goals.

Responsibilities

Strong Data & Analytics experience in Communication domain

Responsible for growth of practice, presales, RFP response, POC for customer acquisition.

Manage multiple Geo project teams, including setting goals, assigning tasks, P&L, Revenue assurance / Revenue Targets.

Lead from front and participate in customer escalation calls.

Identify and mitigate risks.

Conduct regular reviews of projects to ensure that they are on track.

Approve deliverables.

Escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, MBA

10+ Years of experience in technical project management.

15+ years of experience in Presales and global delivery experience

Deep experience in network analytics and customer analytics

Strong understanding of software development methodologies.

Experience with agile project management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to present & defend a solution with technical facts & business proficiency.
