Delivery Lead - Software Development

Currently, we are seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee the successful execution of multiple software development projects. As a Delivery Lead, your responsibilities will include ensuring seamless project execution, aligning teams with business objectives, and implementing Agile best practices to provide valuable digital solutions. Your role will involve leading end-to-end project execution, managing project timelines, dependencies, and risks, and proactively addressing any obstacles. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, support the Product Owner in backlog management, and provide coaching and mentorship to foster a collaborative work environment. Additionally, you will track project performance metrics, oversee release planning, ensure project documentation and compliance, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, experience in leading custom software development, proficiency in project management tools, solid knowledge of software development processes, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Stakeholder management, conflict resolution, risk mitigation, analytical and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with cloud-based development are also essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 5 years of experience in software development projects are required.
