You will serve as a strategic advisor and operational enabler to the Portfolio lead in Accenture Operations.This role drives execution of strategic priorities, ensures alignment across transformation programs, and maintains the rhythm of business operations. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning & Execution- Lead the development and tracking of transformation roadmaps and performance scorecards across DIS and Sales Ops portfolios- Drive initiatives such as Gen AI deployment, Intelligent Operations, and CCI improvement plans.- Support global performance reviews and action planning for client delivery issues and attrition management.2. Leadership Enablement & Governance- Own the cadence of leadership meetings, including Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs), town halls, and strategic connects.- Coordinate with regional and global leads to ensure consistent governance and reporting structures.3. Operational Excellence- Manage cross-functional initiatives such as talent strategy, attrition mitigation, and hiring alignment across geographies.- Drive compliance and controls, including data security awareness and self-assessment programs.4. Executive Communications- Develop and deliver strategic decks for leadership forums, client engagements, and internal communications.- Support storytelling and transformation narratives for DIS and Sales Ops teams.5. Talent & Culture Development- Lead initiatives around People Lead enablement, supervisor training, and career development pathways.- Partner with HR and L&D to drive engagement, onboarding, and retention strategies.6. Stakeholder Management- Act as liaison between leadership and delivery teams, ensuring alignment and timely execution of strategic priorities.- Collaborate with global stakeholders across APAC, NA, LATAM, and EMEA for performance and transformation initiatives.
