As an Associate Director, Delivery Lead at Novartis, your role involves leading the end-to-end delivery of manufacturing relevant applications within the SpotOn program. You will work closely with development teams, advocate existing solutions, create roadmaps for the solutions in the portfolio, and ensure smooth development processes. Your responsibilities include: - Understanding manufacturing site requirements and presenting existing solutions while identifying new use cases for potential developments. - Designing and managing the development of modular, reusable, maintainable software to support the organization and strategic initiatives. - Preparing roadmaps for products, identifying potential new users, and presenting ongoing activities to higher management for approval of potential scope changes. - Collaborating extensively with colleagues across various teams such as Security, Compliance, Engineering, and Product Management. Key Performance Indicators: - Ensuring committed roadmaps are followed and designs are signed off by relevant architects and business. - Delivering applications and enhancements on time to achieve planned benefits. - Executing demand planning in a timely manner and successfully kick-starting and ramping down projects post-implementation. - Launching innovative technology solutions at scale across Novartis. - Ensuring operations stability, effective risk management, and gathering feedback on customer experience. Minimum Requirements: - 10+ years of IT experience in a professional environment, preferably with OT systems and data analytics products. - Strong knowledge of automation systems and IT infrastructure. - Experience in customer-facing IT roles, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with GMP regulations. - Proficiency in Agile, Disciplined Agile, Waterfall delivery concepts, and experience with Data & Analytics solutions. - Proficient in using tools like Jira, Confluence, and familiarity with AWS services and query languages.
