Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead with 7+ years of comprehensive experience in managing and delivering projects across diverse sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, driving project execution, and delivering exceptional results that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria to align with business objectives. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies. Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting best practices in project management. Analyze project performance, providing regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring project continuity and success. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in delivery. Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless project execution.

Requirements

Bachelor s / master degree in a relevant field
7+ years of experience in project management or delivery lead roles, preferably in AI & Data. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) and Agile methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
