Delivery Head-Centre of Excellence (COE) Audit & Assurance

Job Description: As the Delivery Head, Centre of Excellence (COE) Audit & Assurance at M S K A & Associates, your main role will be to oversee the day-to-day delivery of audit support services. You will be responsible for ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with the firm's methodology. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and developing a multi-tier team structure consisting of Team Leads and Associates, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Driving standardization, automation, and best practices across processes to enhance efficiency and consistency. - Serving as the key interface between Business units and COE to ensure service alignment with engagement needs and expectations. - Implementing robust metrics and dashboards to monitor productivity, utilization, and service quality. - Building a strong talent pipeline through structured training, on-the-job training, and engagement programs. - Ensuring adherence to internal controls, data confidentiality, and audit quality standards. - Developing a strategy to increase COE's footprint across locations and engagements. Qualification Required: - Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent with 10-15 years of experience - Proven track record in managing large teams, driving process transformation, and working with global stakeholders. - Strong analytical, communication, and change management skills. - Strong Project Management and Leadership skills - Expert level knowledge of accounting (IGAAP, IND-As) and auditing standards with the ability to practically apply these concepts. - Knowledge and experience of ensuring excellent quality audit documentation, audit work papers, etc. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage/interact with the team efficiently. As part of the COE Team, you will be the main point of contact for tasks assigned by the client-serving assurance teams and responsible for test of controls, substantive testing, and maintaining the timeliness and quality of deliverables.,
