Delivery Executive

Sevora is India’s first experiential fashion e-commerce platform, redefining how customers discover, shop, and experience fashion. We combine technology, personalization, and premium doorstep service — offering curated designer pieces, try-at-home experiences, and tailor-made fashion solutions.

We are looking for a Delivery Executive who will serve as the face of Sevora during each customer interaction, ensuring every delivery reflects our brand’s high standards of service, presentation, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders (apparel, accessories, tailor-made pieces) safely and on time.
• Represent Sevora’s premium brand experience with professionalism and courtesy at every doorstep interaction.
• Coordinate with stylists, warehouse, and operations teams for order dispatch, pickup, and exchanges.
• Handle luxury fashion products carefully to maintain quality and presentation.
• Collect payments or customer acknowledgments when applicable.
• Update delivery status using Sevora’s delivery app/system in real-time.
• Manage return orders, try-at-home pickups, and size exchanges efficiently.
• Report customer feedback, delivery issues, or special requests to the Operations Manager.
• Maintain grooming, hygiene, and brand uniform standards.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate (preferred) or 12th pass with relevant experience.
• Experience: 1–3 years in delivery operations (fashion, retail, or premium e-commerce preferred).
• Languages: Must be fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
• License: Valid two-wheeler driving license; own vehicle preferred.
• Skills:
• Good communication and customer service etiquette.
• Familiarity with local routes and navigation apps.
• Presentable, responsible, and punctual.
• Ability to handle high-value fashion items with care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
